Our villa near Innsbruck is called LUX868 because all rooms are flooded with light thanks to large windows.

The Alpine Hideaway is located in an exceptionally quiet location, approx. 15 minutes from Innsbruck, at 868 meters above sea level, and is the ideal starting point for exploring the world of the Tyrolean Alps.

 

In your holiday villa LUX868 you will find 3200 ft² of living space, spread over three levels.

Four individually furnished bedrooms, all with TV and private bathrooms.

Further amenities include a fitness room and a wellness area with rain shower, bathtub, steam bath and a relaxation area.

Furthermore, in the 16200 ft² private area you will find a sun terrace with a stainless steel pool , an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace, and many other places of retreat.

Babies & toddlers: For our youngest guests there is a baby bed (120x60cm) including a comfortable mattress and bed sheets, as well as a baby bath including baby shampoo and a high chair.
